  • 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup corn, canned or frozen
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, red onion, avocado, and cilantro.
