A deliciously creamy soup that combines the flavors of lasagna with the heartiness of turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups lasagna noodles, broken
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. Add olive oil, onion, and garlic to the pot; sauté until softened.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add heavy cream and broken lasagna noodles; cook until noodles are tender.
  5. Stir in ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Return chopped turkey bacon; season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, replace turkey bacon with mushrooms.
  • Use gluten-free noodles for a gluten-free variation.
