Witch-Hat Cupcakes

Witch-Hat Cupcakes are a fun and spooky treat perfect for Halloween celebrations. They combine delicious chocolate cupcakes with a playful witch hat made from cookies and candy.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 12 chocolate wafers
  • 12 Hershey’s Kisses
  • 1 tube black decorating icing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.
  6. Once cooled, top each cupcake with a chocolate wafer and pipe black icing around it.
  7. Place a Hershey’s Kiss on top to create the witch hat.

Notes

  • For a more festive touch, add sprinkles to the cupcakes.
  • Make sure the cupcakes are completely cool before decorating.
