- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 cup kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- ½ cup sliced jalapeños
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey and turkey bacon until browned.
- Add the kidney beans, black beans, corn, and taco seasoning; stir until well combined.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips.
- Spread the turkey mixture over the chips, followed by half of the cheese.
- Repeat the layers, ending with cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
