Ultra Creamy Potato Soup

A deliciously creamy potato soup featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add butter and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add diced potatoes and chicken ham, stirring for a few minutes.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Blend the soup until smooth for a creamy texture.
  7. Top with turkey bacon before serving.

Notes

  • For a thicker soup, add more potatoes.
  • Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
