  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then spread it over the cheesecake.
  7. Drizzle chocolate chips and caramel sauce on top before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips instead of regular chocolate chips.
  • Allow the cheesecake to chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving for the best flavor.
