- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool completely.
- Once cooled, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then spread it over the cheesecake.
- Drizzle chocolate chips and caramel sauce on top before serving.
