  • 1 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, dried cranberries, stuffing mix, chopped onion, chopped celery, parsley, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Scoop out small portions of the mixture and form into balls.
  5. Place the stuffing balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
