  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, mixing until well combined.
  4. Slowly stir in the boiling water until the batter is smooth.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Distribute the batter evenly into the muffin cups.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
