- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine flour and powdered sugar, then cut in the butter until crumbly.
