  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin pan with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the melted butter, milk, and eggs until well mixed.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the blueberries gently.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
