- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add the egg and vanilla, then mix until combined.
