Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut into squares.
  3. Mix the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until stiff peaks form.
  4. Place a spoonful of whipped cream and some strawberries on one half of each pastry square.
