- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup queso sauce
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
