1 pound ground beef
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped spinach, garlic, bread crumbs, egg, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
Serve with your favorite sauce or on a bed of pasta.
Notes
