  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and cool.
  3. In a bowl, combine ricotta, parmesan, spinach, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the ricotta mixture and place them in a baking dish.
