  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the green beans and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and add the chopped bacon back into the skillet.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, stir, and cover. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the beans are tender.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes.
  • Using fresh green beans will provide the best flavor and texture.
