Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak Meatballs

A delicious and easy recipe for Salisbury steak meatballs made in a slow cooker, perfect for a comforting meal.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in the slow cooker.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, and soy sauce. Pour over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, serve meatballs with gravy over mashed potatoes or rice.

Notes
