  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced

  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, add the chicken thighs, olive oil, onion, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Sprinkle the cumin, coriander, garam masala, and turmeric over the chicken.
