Skillet Zucchini and Mushrooms

A quick and delicious dish of sautéed zucchini and mushrooms seasoned to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
