  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces linguine pasta
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in white wine and lemon juice, stir to combine.
  6. Drain linguine and toss with shrimp mixture.
  7. Garnish with parsley, salt, and pepper.
