- 4 large baking potatoes
- 1 pound ground beef or lamb
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash the potatoes and pierce them with a fork. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until tender.
