Sheet Pan Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Delicious and easy to make, these Sheet Pan Buffalo Chicken Sliders are a family favorite.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken and buffalo sauce.
  3. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on a sheet pan.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture evenly over the buns.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and buns are golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and drizzle with ranch dressing and sprinkle with green onions.
  9. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, add some celery or carrot sticks on the side.
