- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 2 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup clams, drained
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

- Pepper to taste
- Cook the turkey bacon in a pot until crispy, then remove and set aside.
