  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook until browned.
  3. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté until onions are translucent.
