Sausage and Pepper Pasta

A delicious and simple recipe for sausage and pepper pasta that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces pasta
  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in bell peppers, onion, and garlic, cooking until softened.
  5. Add the diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. Drain pasta and combine with the sausage and pepper mixture.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot.

Notes
