  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup additional honey for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish.
  3. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks and gradually add in the honey and sea salt until smooth.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the cooled crust and bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
  6. Allow the pie to cool completely, then whip the heavy cream with the vanilla until soft peaks form. Spread it over the cooled pie.
  7. Drizzle with additional honey just before serving.
