  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. On a baking sheet, toss the broccolini with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
  4. In a separate pan, toast the chopped pecans over medium heat until fragrant.
  5. In a bowl, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, and toasted pecans.
  6. Once the broccolini is out of the oven, drizzle with the lemon-pecan mixture and serve immediately.

Notes
