  • 1 cup raspberry preserves

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add warm milk and melted butter, and mix until combined.
  3. Incorporate eggs, one at a time, until dough is smooth.
  4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until elastic.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  6. Roll the dough into a rectangle, spread raspberry preserves on top.
  7. Roll up the dough tightly into a log and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  8. Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
