  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk and yeast, letting it sit for about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in melted butter, egg, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Add flour, one cup at a time, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread raspberries, and roll tightly.
  7. Slice into rolls and place them in a baking dish.
  8. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice for glaze; drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
