1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through.
In a saucepan, mix cranberry sauce and brown sugar. Stir over medium heat until heated.
Once the meatballs are done, toss them in the cranberry sauce and serve warm.
Notes
You can add a splash of orange juice to the cranberry sauce for extra flavor.
