  • 1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and spices, and mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the pumpkin cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set. Let cool before slicing.
