Potatoes Delmonico

A rich and flavorful dish combining creamy potatoes with savory turkey bacon.

  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, boil the diced potatoes until fork-tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  4. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  5. Add the heavy cream, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and cooked turkey bacon to the potatoes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then stir until well combined.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top.
