  • 1/2 cup salami, diced
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Gradually add water, mixing until a dough forms. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, prosciutto, salami, eggs, pepper, and nutmeg until well combined.
  5. Roll out the dough and line a pie dish. Fill with the cheese and meat mixture.
  6. Cover with additional dough, seal edges, and make slits on top to let steam escape.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
