  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • ½ cup raspberry puree
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract.
  5. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into a prepared springform pan.
  8. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, raspberry puree, sour cream, and lemon juice until smooth.
  9. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter.
  10. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
