  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a cloth. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Divide the risen dough into equal portions and roll each into a boat shape.
  7. Fill each dough boat with turkey bacon, mozzarella, feta, and green onions.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
