  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1/4 cup peach preserves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of tart pans and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crusts.
  6. Top with sliced peaches and drizzle with peach preserves.
  7. Chill the tarts in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
