  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 4 cups cubed bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  4. Add the cubed bread, cooked turkey bacon, chicken ham, and shredded cheese to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
