One-Pot Creamy Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta

A delicious and easy family pasta dish that combines creamy beef with savory garlic butter.

  • 12 ounces pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the Italian seasoning, then add the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in the cream and Parmesan until well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.

Notes

  • This dish can be topped with additional Parmesan and chopped parsley for garnish.
