- 1/2 cup cocoa powder

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
