  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth; add pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla, eggs, and spices; mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  6. Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
