  • 1 cup small pasta (like ditalini)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion, garlic, carrots, and celery; sauté until softened.
  3. Add zucchini, spinach, diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, and beans; bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook for about 20 minutes, then add pasta and cook until al dente.
  6. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve warm.
