  2. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. Add olive oil and minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing until fragrant.
  4. Add zucchini to the skillet, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Sauté until zucchini is tender but still crisp.
