200 grams white chocolate
500 ml heavy cream
100 grams sugar
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Start by melting the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form and gently fold in the vanilla extract.
Once the dark chocolate has cooled, fold it into the whipped cream mixture.
Repeat the process with the white chocolate.
In a serving glass, alternate layers of dark and white chocolate mousse to create a zebra effect.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Ensure both chocolates are at room temperature before mixing to prevent curdling.
