Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the grated zucchini, granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
