  • 16 Oreo cookies crushed
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 6 Oreo cookies for topping, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter, then press into the bottom of cupcake liners.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. Fold in whipped cream until fully combined.
  5. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crusts, filling each liner.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until set, then remove from the oven and cool.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Top with halved Oreo cookies just before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, let the cream cheese come to room temperature before mixing.
  • You can use different flavored cookies for a variety.
