- 16 Oreo cookies crushed
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 6 Oreo cookies for topping, halved
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter, then press into the bottom of cupcake liners.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
- Fold in whipped cream until fully combined.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crusts, filling each liner.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until set, then remove from the oven and cool.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Top with halved Oreo cookies just before serving.
