2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, turkey bacon, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
Stir in the cooked rice and half of the cheddar cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños.
Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
