Mango Yoghurt Jelly

  • 2 cups mango puree
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in water.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the mango puree and sugar, heating until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add the dissolved gelatin and vanilla to the mango mixture, stirring well.
  4. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt with the cooled mango mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Serve chilled, garnished with mango slices if desired.
