  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 gelatin sheets
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the mango puree, protein powder, honey, and water. Heat over medium heat until well blended.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the soaked gelatin sheets until fully dissolved.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
