- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup finely chopped vegetables (carrots, green onions)
- 8 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 package lumpia wrappers
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (for frying)
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped turkey bacon, vegetables, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Mix until well combined.
- Take a lumpia wrapper and place a spoonful of the mixture on one end.
- Roll tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Seal the edge with a little water.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the lumpia until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
