  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup finely chopped vegetables (carrots, green onions)
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 package lumpia wrappers
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped turkey bacon, vegetables, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Take a lumpia wrapper and place a spoonful of the mixture on one end.
  4. Roll tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
  5. Seal the edge with a little water.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry the lumpia until golden brown on all sides.
  8. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Notes

  • Make sure to not overfill the wrappers to ensure they seal properly.
  • These can be made ahead of time and frozen before frying.
