  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder over the meat.
  3. Add beef broth, diced tomatoes, and bell pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  5. Shred the beef with forks and mix well with the juices before serving.
